However, in certain circumstances a higher deposit may be required depending on the Customer’s credit score (using our own in-house credit scoring criteria) or for calls originating/terminating in certain countries or territories.

Can I publish my number on our company website, stationery, advertising etc?

No problem. If you need to change the termination number of your Globalnumber this can be arranged quite easily. In urgent cases we may be able to change the termination number more quickly. Expedited changes will be subject to an additional charge.

How long does it take to set-up a Globalnumber?
We will endeavour to connect any telephone number as soon as is practically possible.

In the case of UK originating numbers, we will connect the service within 7 business days of Intelligent Telecom receiving both the Security Deposit and the signed Service Order.

In the case of non UK originating numbers, within 28 business days of Intelligent Telecom receiving both the Security Deposit and the signed Service Order.

You will receive an invoice via email each month showing the amount payable. Payment will be taken from your debit/credit card approximately 7 days after the date of each invoice.

Quality is important to my business. What is the call quality like?
We only use 'business quality' routing for this service.
