Why are these called “City Numbers”?
They are called “City Numbers” because the telephone

For standard numbers there is a small charge of £10
per month for each number taken however we include £10

How much deposit should I make?
All customers are required to pay a security deposit for each

number is usually the higher of £50 or a sum equivalent
to 150% of your anticipated average monthly usage. However,
in certain circumstances a higher deposit may be required
depending on the Customer’s credit score (using our
own in-house credit scoring criteria) or for calls originating/terminating
in certain countries or territories.
Can I publish my number on our company website,
stationery, advertising etc?
Absolutely, it makes perfect sense to advertise and

us you no longer require the service. The minimum subscription
is just 12 months.
What if we need to change our terminating number,
if we decide to move offices for example?
No problem. If you need to change the termination number of
your Globalnumber this can be arranged quite easily. We do
allow one free change of termination number in each 12 month

Normally we require 7 days notice. In urgent cases we may
be able to change the termination number more quickly. Expedited
changes will be subject to an additional charge.

We will endeavour to connect any telephone number as soon
as is practically possible.
In the case of UK originating numbers, we will connect the

consecutively (for a fax or separate departments/offices)
consecutive numbers will be provided (if requested) without
