Cost to the caller: There is normally no charge to the caller for calls made to your Globalnumbers.com Freephone/Toll Free number.* Calls to City Numbers are charged at the caller’s standard domestic call rate for calls to that city.

Cost to you: The cost to you for receiving calls is shown above** and will be charged in units on one minute or part thereof.

In a very limited number of countries there may be an additional charge for calls you may receive from a mobile/cellular and/or public payphone via your Toll Free/Freephone number. Please click here for more information and a list of countries where this additional charge will apply. Please note there is NO additional charge for receiving calls from a mobile/cellular and/or public payphone using a Globalnumbers.com City Number.

Number Rental: Number rental is just £10 per month for each Globalnumbers.com number you take. The Number Rental includes £10 worth of FREE calls EVERY MONTH for each Globalnumbers.com number you have!***

High Volume and Multiple Number Customers (Bespoke Pricing): High Volume and Multiple Number Customers (Bespoke Pricing): If you are likely to be a high volume user of our services or require Globalnumbers.com numbers for multiple countries, please contact us with full details of your requirements. When contacting us please identify the termination/origination country of each Globalnumbers.com number you require together with an indication of your anticipated monthly call volumes for each number/destination. Upon receipt of this information a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options available.

All invoices, tariffs and other charges are calculated in GBP** and are subject to UK VAT (sales tax) currently at 17.5%.

* In some countries, certain mobile/cellular networks may charge the caller for calling a Freephone/Toll Free number via their mobile/cellular network.
