The Process - Getting your telephone / fax numbers

	Step 1 - Search for appropriate phone / fax numbers Perform your search on phone numbers / fax2email service
	Step 2 - Buy the required service online Add the appropriate products to your shopping basket Once you have finished, go to Checkout At checkout you will pay, via credit or debit card for the initial set-up costs for each number. (It will appear on your credit card statement as being transacted with 1st4phonecards, our parent company)
	Step 3 - Complete additional paperwork and fax to us You will receive an email with your service order form. Please include :- the numbers where you wish the calls to terminate Credit/Debit card details for monthly billing and initial call deposit (Initial call deposit, should be a minimum of £50, or 150% x expected month calls). In some cases we may ask for a higher call deposit. Your full contact details, Fax Id, if requested Complete this paperwork and fax it back to Global Numbers
	Step 4 - We will process your order We will process your paperwork normally within 24-72 hours, following receipt.  Your Globalnumber will be normally be provisioned within 1-3 working days; however, please allow up to 14 days for your number to go live. Your initial call deposit will be taken from the credit / debit card.
	Go Live Once the service is live the line will be tested and you will be notified with a phone call and by email. We will send a test fax to any fax2email service. Each month you will then receive an emailed invoice, which will be charged to your credit/debit card.
